Gluten and dairy free cake baking workshop Mon 10th Sept

The gluten free pastry baking course is run by Keye Agbaje.

Keye has been making and selling gluten free products since 2009,

She has been running the demonstration classes since 2014 bring with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.

This class is not only suitable for coeliacs but also people who want a gluten-free lifestyle.

The aims of the course is to

1: Gluten-free can be fun, easy to make tastes great and can be enjoyed by almost anyone.

2: Making gluten free products can be cost-effective and gives you a glimpes into the workings of gluten-free flours

During the course you making make 5 different types of cake, learn mixing techniques, working with spices and it's effect on gluten free flour and much more.


You will be with rice flour, tapioca flour and corn flour

This workshop is 80% hands on and is suitable for beginners.
