The ticket price includes pre-dinner drinks from 7pm served alongside canapés. At 7.30pm you will be invited to take your seat for dinner.

Growing up in the Philippines she learnt how to cook from her late father 'Pepe' and her relatives using fresh local ingredients (literally in the back garden). Join Mae and experience the Philippines through her food memories and discover flavours of the islands.

Abobo pate - chicken liver marinated and cooked in soy, vinegar, bayleaves and garlic. Served on a blini
Lumpia - deep fried springrolls filled with minced pork, springonions served with homemade mango & chilli sauce
Kinilaw - fresh spanish mackerel in calamansi juice, ginger, red onions, coconut vinegar topped with chilli and coriander leaves
Lechon - Pork Belly brined overnight then slow roasted filled with lemongrass, bayleaves, spring onions, garlic and seasoning. (as seen on Mary Berry's Easter Feast)
Steamed Jasmine rice
Atchara - Homemade green papaya pickle with carrots, bell peppers, onions, garlic, black pepper corns and ginger
Lechon Sauce - homemade liver sauce
Braso de Mercedes - Soft Meringue roll with Ube (purple yam) custard fillings.
Langka Ice cream - Homemade Jackfruit Ice cream
