A talk on the benefits of plant based eating, followed by a 3 course dinner at the lovely, bright Blank100 in Dalston.
A break down of the evening:
Jodie (mBANT) will be talking about the benefits of a plant-based diet, for digestion, brain health & hormone balance.
As well as this, she'll be outlining some key principles to make sure you're getting the full spectrum of nutrients you need.
The evening will begin with tea, snacks and a talk by Jodie. Followed by Q&A and a delicious plant based dinner.
For the food, expect, fresh, vibrant flavours, inspired by Kali's travels and love of veg led cooking.
Seasonal but with tropical flavours.
