Expect a dinner of storytelling, interactive materials, and personal dishes that celebrate Carol's culinary heritage of growing up in Cairo, Egypt. Growing up in Cairo but moving to London at a young age, Carol Mahna wanted to teach herself recipes that reminded her of home along with making Egyptian food more accessible and widespread.
Nothing brings people together like good food. Carol's menu is a celebration of what she cooks and her culinary heritage of growing up in Cairo. Think Baba Ghandush, okra stew with lamb cutlets, concluding with Konafa.
Profits from the monthly series go back into the series to support home cooks sharing their food to the people of London.
