Ash+Wine's first event will be at Linden Stores, a neighbourhood wine shop and restaurant in Islington, London - is owned and run by lovely Chris (of Opera Tavern & Ten Bells) and Laura (co-founder of Oklava, Shoreditch and Kyseri, Fitzrovia).

From the cool vineyards of Northern Thrace comes this beautifully balanced and lively white. Gri is a blend of the once almost extinct Sauvignon Gris, Pinot Gris. It has a gently blossomy fragrance and lovely natural intensity.
Prodom Ökuzgozu/Kalecik Karasi, Aegean
Prodom is a tiny boutique winery based in Aydin, a beautiful peninsular of the Aegean. They specialize in small quantity wine of very high quality. This wine is produced exclusively from the two most popular Turkish native varietals. A deep ruby colour with intense ripe red berries and cherry fruits aromas.
