Fermented drinks and vegan dinner @ Redemption, Thu 22 March

Fermentation is one of the oldest food preservation techniques we know and a simple and economical way to make your very own superfoods from scratch.

In addition to fermented foods, there's a ton of fermented drinks out there and this is the workshop in which we will explore them all!

From kombucha to water kefir to tepache, this is the workshop to discover exciting and new ways to brink probiotic drinks into your daily life.

At this experiential workshop you will get all the information and inspiration you need to start a mini brewery of your own, whether your heart is set on fermented tea or pineapple beer.

You will get to learn about gut health, how to get more probiotics into your daily diet and there will be a huge amount of fermented drinks and mocktails in addition to delicious vegan nibbles provided by Redemption.

You will also leave with an organic home-grown kombucha starter culture and recipes so that you may start brewing as soon as you get home!
