A gorgeous afternoon of pilates, taught by the wonderful Erika Charters, followed by fresh, plant based feast, feeding your body mind & soul.

The day :
1.15pm pre lunch snacks & tea
1.30pm sit down for a 3 course meal.

The menu is inspired by Kali's love of veg led cooking, cooking as seasonally as possible but with tropical flavours. Her travels in Mexico and Asia have a very heavy influence . Spices, fragrant herbs and plants like Thai basil and kaffir lime leaves bring her food to life.
We source our ingredients from local producers as much as possible.
