Spring into March Supperclub, Sat 16 March

SPRING INTO MARCH - we are delighted to be joined by Dominique Eloise - food writer, stylist and author of Jar Food. We'll be serving up a seasonal plantbased feast on Friday 16th March at Benk & Bo. The meal is suitable for vegetarians. Please get in touch if you have any dietary requirements and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Homegrown shallot tarte tatin with horseradish

Herb crusted roast pumpkin with fermented slaw, slow roasted chicory, salsa verde and crushed new season potatoes
