Join Dorothy (@dotscookin) and Nati (@natisonpriory) at a Sustainable Supper Club on Thursday 26 April. The menu is based on seasonal ingredients using local supplies. Sourdough crostini with Forman’s London Cure smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce

Starter

Chicory, Wild Cheeses curd flavoured with locally foraged wild garlic, charred purple sprouting broccoli, olives and hazelnuts

Marmite roasted new potatoes with watercress and radish tops, tarragon-cashew sauce and almonds (vegan)

Main

Slow-cooked short ribs (using grass-fed beef from Morley Butchers), served with seasonal vegetable-rice pilaf and a not-your-usual green salad
