Canapé: Wild Mushroom and cauliflower Pakora
Starter: Aloo Tikki - sweet Potato Cakes with Tamarind and Mint Chutneys and lentil crispies
Main: Tandoori Tofu Kati Roll- marinated in a homemade blend of spices and baked, the rolled in a light crispy pastry like roti.
Sides: 1- Massaged Kale and Savoy cabbage sautéed with a lemon and Tahini dressing.
2- Pumpkin and lentil Dal
Dessert- Cardomon Shortbread, Coconut mousse, poached rhubarb and caramelised pistachios.
