Made from a blend of aromatic scotch bonnet peppers, fresh thyme, and parsley. A perfect winter warmer.

Jollof rice with slow-cooked stewed beef

Basmati rice cooked in a tomato based sauce.

Infused with onions, bay leaves and African spices.

Heraty mixed vegetable one-pot dish. Made with plantains, cassava and sweet potatoes. Cooked in traditional sauce.
