This dinner is a unique take on the traditional Italian experience. You will be served typical Italian antipasti with a distinctive cloudy Prosecco "Costadilà", a natural and organic sparkling wine produced the old fashion way and fermented in the bottle. Followed by a delicious main course pairing with a full bodied "Manzoni Bianco" a rare white wine. Paola, the wine expert, will join us at the dinner and she will tell you the beautiful story behind the wines while I will feed you all!
