Vegan Napoli Soul Food, Thu 20 July - SOLD OUT

Come along to my very first supper club on 20 July 2017 and support a good cause!

I will prepare some of my favourite, classic Neapolitan dishes for this four-course vegan supper - starter, main, side salad and dessert. Think fragrant orange blossoms and sunshine and you will know my inspiration. All home made. If you require gluten free options, please let me know when you purchase your ticket (and any serious allergies).

Italian Craft Beers will be providing the soft drinks and I will be providing the wine.

Freselle with cannellini beans, tomatoes, spring onions and basil – fresella (aka frisella) is a special twice-baked, whole-grain bread

Pizza con la jeta - Swiss green chard, kalamata olives, pine nuts, capers and sultanas in homemade shortbread pie crust

Fennel and rocket salad with citrus-peach dressing


Migliaccio with strawberries - millet flour cake with aromas of orange and lemon with sweet and tart macerated fresh strawberries
