Three Miles celebrates the neighbouring land and a light carbon footprint with a plant-based feast of foraged and locally produced ingredients from within a three-mile radius of the venue. Our Alchemy Bar will be prescribing botanical elixirs and herbal preparations.
Expect wild foraged ingredients and plants you may never have heard of. Guilt-free, playful and inspiring. Educational but not sanctimonious, this is about celebrating the local land and encouraging the use of native and seasonal ingredients. East End forager Jonathan Cook will be on hand to talk foraging & guide you in plant identification.
