Oliver & Cassandra W

Oliver and Pascal have been close friends for over 20 years, together with Cassandra (Oliver's wife) we are extremely passionate about Caribbean food and are keen to bring a new experience in Caribbean cuisine to a wider audience.

Oliver's background includes business development, marketing and general financial management and he has worked in the financial services sector for over 20 years. Pascal has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, and has worked over this period with various restaurants within the Terence Conran Group, with his most recent role as General Manager at Albion in Shoreditch (part of the Boundary restaurant). Cassandra is a General Manager in the facilities management space and her expertise include planning, project management, health & safety and events organising.
