The lovely Ness will be back teaching with us for over an hour of Vinyassa yoga followed by a delicious veg led brunch.
Expect from the class :
'Yoga to lift you from the post-Christmas slump and fire you up for the months ahead. Ness will be focusing on twists and playful balances to wake and warm up your brain and body, before settling into some deeper, grounding shapes to finish. Beginners and questions welcome!'
