(a spiced Guinness chocolate brownie with a creamy top, GF)
Pina Colada cake ( Lime flavour sponge cake, pineapple pieces layered with coconut swiss buttercream)
Plantain Churros (crispy cinnamon churros served with a dulce leche sauce)
Seasonal Berry Trifle (Berry compote, crème patissiere, vanilla sponge)
Tea cake (cocoa butter shortbread, raspberry and sorrel marshmallow with a dark cacao Ganache
Served with Tropical fruit iced tea and Jasmine and Elderflower Sparkling tea 'Champagne' (Alcohol free)
