An evening of yoga, food and meditation.
To begin Emmy will guide you through a soulful, nourishing Yang & Yin yoga practice designed to bring you balance and vitality at this time of the year.
Following this you'll be treated to the delights of a unique plant fuelled feast created by Kali, and then to finish a short meditation. You'll leave feeling relaxed, nourished and energised.
An opportunity to, tune in, let go, and cultivate wellbeing in body, mind and spirit.
Both Kali and Emmy's have a passion for not only the physical aspect of yoga and food, but the spiritual side, the connection to our earth, the power of transportation through both yoga and cuisine.
The menu is inspired by Kali's love of plants, spices, herbs, wonders that come from the ground. Her travels in Mexico and Asia have a very heavy influence. The spices, fragrant plants, such as kaffir lime leaves. Just the smell immediately, you can't help but close your eyes and be transported and feel tropical despite the winter cold.

This time we'll be holding the event at the beautiful 42Acres in heart of Shoreditch. A beautiful space inspired by the tranquil, woodland surroundings of their 42 Acres Somerset retreat, this space provides a calm, nature infused haven for busy urbanites who want to retreat, recharge, and reconnect to the world in a more balanced, purposeful way.
NB. This month we'll be donating £1 from each ticket to the charity Shelter.
Shelter helps millions of people every year struggling with bad housing or homelessness through their advice, support and legal services.
