After the success of our get together in the cosiness of our sky room last winter, we are spreading our wings and taking over the whole Skip Garden for a deliciously spicy and vibrant Indian moveable supper celebrating pulses, seasonality and sustainable foods. The food is inspired by places far far away but our produce will be sourced from places closer to home.
From time to time we all need a little inspiration on how to make the most of pulses, grains and seasonal winter veg. This can be particularly true when aiming to reduce our meat consumption or be a bit more economical without compromising on flavour. From the bustling streets of Old Delhi to the royal palaces and forts of Rajasthan, up to the hills of Tamil Nadu and down to the coconut tree covered waters of Kerala.
This spice infused evening of warmth and home is inspired by green, white and gold. A celebration cooking exotic cuisines with local, seasonal and plant based ingredients.
Come and experience dining in our urban oasis, a garden made of scaffold boards and other reclaimed materials. A place where chard, lettuces and orchards grown in skips, and where diners digest their supper around the open fires, cup of complimentary rum chai in hand.
Chef Sadhbh will be leading our talented and creative chefs with recipes inspired by her travels to India and her passion for more sustainable eating, deliciously and creatively.
